Upload your raw sequenced data/reads, receive estimated costs, pay and receive a fully assembled genome
Using Thinkubate’s custom built assembly pipeline, your reads are processed and undergo several steps. Quality control is always performed by both automated and manual (human) steps.
GaaS is a best-effort-based service. Final output depends on technical factors such as quality and type of your reads, available proxy species (for mapping) etc
